The Foundation was instituted on April 11, 2000, giving the Library an opportunity to find additional funding to fulfill its mission by seeking and managing charitable gifts and bequests to the Library. The Dundee Township Public Library District Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. All personal and corporate charitable giving to the Foundation is tax deductible.
Foundation Board of Directors: The Library Foundation is guided and managed by an independent Board of Directors composed of Library Trustees, friends of the library, and community leaders. Inquiries about the Foundation may be submitted to the Dundee Township Public Library District.
Mission Statement : We are a private arm of the Library that cultivates community, corporate, and individual donors to provide the necessary impetus for programs and projects to improve Library services.
