This is a new club for middle school and high school students. High tech or old school – this is the place to make things. Design and print with our 3D printer, create, transform, build, craft, sew, paint, draw, engineer. We’ll have a project or bring your own.

Poetry Book Discussion
Monday, March 9, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Randall Oaks Library

Each month we read a classic poetry collection and meet to share our impressions of the work with fellow poetry lovers. March's selection is Ariel: The Restored Edition by Sylvia Plath. Pick up a copy at the Randall Oaks Library information desk. Just drop in.

Drive Up & Drop Off Your Book Donations
Saturday, March 14, 9 a.m. to Noon, Dundee Library

On Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to noon, the Friends of FRVPLD will have volunteers on hand to take books (and CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks) right from your car for the upcoming book sale. Please remember, the Friends cannot accept: 

  • encyclopedias
  • magazines
  • items that are old, moldy, or musty 
  • textbooks older than 5 years

Storytimes resume in March
Dundee Library & Randall Oaks Library

Storytimes have wrapped up for the winter, but will start back up again beginning March 16. There is still plenty of fun to be had at the library in the meantime, including new toys (Kitchen! Puppet show! Dollhouse!). And don't forget to check our children's calendar to see what special programs are coming up.
